Hello, I’m Andrea, and I have a new piece of artwork for you. But before I show it to you, I’d like to tell you the quite erotic story behind this apparently simple drawing.
Two longtime friends, a man and a woman I’ll call Giulio and Anna (not their real names), came to me with a rather unusual request a few months ago. They knew about my passion for drawing erotic artwork, and they asked me if I could draw Anna’s beautiful face with the expression that she had in the brief, fleeting instant of ecstasy during lovemaking. Giulio wanted to fix that moment permanently in a way that a photograph could not.
“Of course I can,” I replied confidently. Maybe a bit too confidently: I’d never tried anything like this, so specific and personal. “But I need to see that expression. In person. Are you willing to have sex in front of me while I draw?”
They both said that they were, and we agreed to meet at their home a few days later for a drawing session.
When I arrived for the session, we calmly shared a glass of wine and a few pleasantries, but I could tell that Anna was already very aroused by the whole situation, even more than Giulio, so I said, “Right, guys, shall we get down to business?” and took out my tablet and stencil.
Anna and Giulio undressed, showing me their bodies for the first time. He was completely naked, with a fit, toned and carefully groomed physique; she was wearing only black thigh-high stockings, with no underwear. Her long, wavy auburn hair framed a lovely face and her glossy red lipstick glistened sensually.
She got on all fours in front of me on their couch, with her face close to mine, looking at me all the time. My presence was clearly exciting her.
Giulio tenderly, slowly, meticulously started caressing Anna and giving her pleasure with his kisses all over her body while running his fingers along the inside of her parted thighs. Anna responded with soft moans of delight, without ever taking her eyes off me. I started sketching furiously to get at least her outlines and proportions; I knew I would fill in the details from memory later.
Then, after he had worshipped her body fully and unhurriedly, Giulio kneeled behind her, and she guided his firm erection so that he was poised to enter her, but she held him there.
She looked at me silently, and she nodded to me as if to say “Now”. It was then that I realized that what Giulio and Anna wanted wasn’t an illustration of an orgasm. No, it was something finer and more elusive. It was a depiction of that instant that only a woman (and some men) can understand: the moment of sudden, deep, intense penetration, that feeling of intimately welcoming the body of your partner inside yours, that visceral sensation of sudden fullness, the heat of his member deep inside you, gently but firmly parting your very flesh.
For that moment, Anna could not keep looking at me; she closed her eyes in utter ecstasy and gasped loudly. Giulio didn’t move at all at first; he let her enjoy her sensations.
That is the beautiful instant that was etched in my memory and that I drew carefully while they went on making love. What they did after that moment was, let’s say, remarkable and intense, but I wasn’t really interested. I had already captured the true moment of ecstasy that Anna had wanted me to draw.
When they finished having sex, I gave them my first sketch. They were so happy that Anna almost cried and Giulio could hardly find enough words to thank me. I was very happy too, because I had achieved something that I wasn’t sure I could do with my art.

The portrait of Anna that you see here is my finished artwork. The printed original is now in Giulio and Anna’s bedroom.
With their enthusiastic permission, I am offering a 3000 x 3000 pixel printable version of this “Challenge of Ecstasy” to you for sale. You’ll find it in my gallery.
